Terms & Conditions

1. Internet service is provided over Fiber to the Home/ Building (FTTH/ FTTB) or Fiber to the Neighborhood (FTTN) network or LAN; Service availability is subject to technical feasibility
2. Data Usage includes Download and Upload
3. Usage in every session will be measured and recorded in Bytes
4. Above Plans are on Pre-Pay basis
5. First recharge amount equivalent to the opted plan rental (Exclusive. of tax) would be collected at the time of Customer Relationship Form (CRF) signing
6. One-time Installation charge of Rs.1000 will be applicable dependable your area Service charge not a refundable
and will be collected at the time of service installation. Installation charges shall be waived off on subscription of LDP (Long Duration Plans).
7. In case the customer opts for LDP, free Wi-Fi router will be provided by on plans of and above Rs.. In case the customer opts for monthly plans, charges of Rs.1500 for Wi-Fi router will be applicable.
8. The Tariff Plans/ Offers are subject to Guidelines/ Directions/ Orders issued by TRAI and/ or DoT.
9. Price shown above is exclusive of 18% GST (Goods & Services Tax)
10. Sbnl net reserves the right to modify/ withdraw the Tariff Plans without prior notice.
11. Duly filled-in and signed Tariff Selection sheet by the Customer is an integral part of the CRF (Customer Relationship Form)
